REQUESTS FOR BIDS
The Highlands – Phase VII Earthwork Grading Drainage and Erosion and Sediment Control
Sealed bids will be received by The Ohio County Development Authority at its office located at 546 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059 until Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 3:00pm, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. This project will include approximately 320,000 cubic yards of earthwork. Bidding documents, plans and specifications can be obtained from the engineer, Wallace & Pancher Group 160 Technology Drive, Suite 102, Canonsburg, PA 15317 (724) 981-0155 or from Ohio County Development Authority 546 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059. Plans can also be viewed at OVCEC – Project Best, 21 Armory Drive, Wheeling, WV 26003. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Engineer or OCDA Office. Bids are to be sealed and addressed to Ohio County Development Authority, 546 Cabela Drive, Triadelphia, WV 26059 and noted on the envelope as a Bid for Phase VII Earthwork. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The Authority reserves the right to defer, delay or postpone the date for receiving and opening proposals. The Authority reserves the right to negotiate with the lowest responsible Bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Project. The Authority further reserves the right to waive any informality in a Bid or reject such an informal bid if it is to their advantage to do so.
