Integrated Pest
Management Services
The Wheeling Housing Authority will be accepting RFPs from experienced and qualified Extermination Contractors for Integrated Pest Management services for our public housing sites. Contractors must have a valid WV license with the Dept. of Agriculture, be fully insured, bondable and must adhere to the provisions set forth in the RFP package. Bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 5, 2024. Bids must be clearly marked in a sealed envelope “Proposal for Pest Control-Do Not Open” and addressed to WHA, Attention: Tammy Porter, PO Box 2089, Wheeling, WV 26003. Email submissions will not be accepted.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at our Main Office located at 11 Community Street. Copies of the RFP packet may be obtained by contacting Tammy Porter, Capital Fund Coordinator at
