IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-70 DYSHQUE CHATMAN, biological mother of infant D.C., whose date of birth is December 23, 2021 and DENNIS JENKINS, biological father of infant D.C., whose date of birth is December 23, 2021.,natural child of Dyshque Chatman. The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that DENNIS JENKINS has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant D.C., whose date of birth is December 23, 2021. DENNIS JENKINS is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 18th day of November, 2024 at 1:15 p.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise DENNIS JENKINS, biological father of infant D.C., whose date of birth is December 23, 2021, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
