The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that the JEREMY BICKMEIER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant infants C.B., whose date of birth is May 27, 2010, S.B., whose date of birth is September 27, 2014, J.B., whose date of birth is July 31, 2017, D.B., whose date of birth is August 3, 2019, X.B., whose date of birth is August 3, 2019, and C.B., whose date of birth is May 23, 2021. JEREMY BICKMEIER is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 18th day of November, 2024 at 11:15 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise JEREMY BICKMEIER, biological father of infants C.B., whose date of birth is May 27, 2010, S.B., whose date of birth is September 27, 2014, J.B., whose date of birth is July 31, 2017, D.B., whose date of birth is August 3, 2019, X.B., whose date of birth is August 3, 2019, and C.B., whose date of birth is May 23, 2021, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent.
