Notice of Advertisement for Bids
Proposals are being accepted from qualified design firms licensed to work in West Virginia for the full design and implementation of a heritage experience and exhibit within the Wheeling Gateway Center development project. The selected firm will be responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the design, including but not limited to planning, design, coordination and implementation.
A virtual RFP kick-off will be hosted on 11/25/2024 for any parties interested in submitting a proposal.
Proposals must be submitted no later than 5:00 PM on 12/20/2024. Submissions must be electronically sent to

Bids will be opened and scored on 12/23/2024 beginning at 1:00 PM. Proposals will be scored independently by each project stakeholder. The company that receives the highest collective score among all project stakeholders will begin contract negotiations with project stakeholders.
