IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-43 PAMELA MOORE, biological mother of infant D.D., whose date of birth is February 22, 2015 and CYRIL JOHN, biological father of infant D.D., whose date of birth is February 22, 2015, natural child of Pamela Moore.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that the CYRIL JOHN has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant D.D., whose date of birth is February 22, 2015. CYRIL JOHN is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on 21st day of November, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. for a Disposition Hearing , if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of CYRIL JOHN, biological father of infant D.D., whose date of birth is February 22, 2015, may be terminated..
