REQUEST FOR BIDS
Sealed bids will be received by the Ohio County Commission, Room 215, City County Building, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, for the purchase of nine (9) 2020 Ford Police Interceptor Utility SUVs and two (2) 2019 Ford F150 Police Responders for the Sheriff’s Law Enforcement Department of Ohio County. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 10, 2019, when they will be opened and read aloud.

All vehicles must be delivered to a pre – determined location within 90 calendar days of the bid award.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any and all bid guaranty, to reject and or all bids and to negotiate with apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary are reserved.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after closing time.
