MARINO, Petitioner, whose address is C/O OHIO COUNTY CIRCUIT CLERK AT 1500 CHAPLINE ST. 4TH FLOOR, WHEELING, WV 26003, an answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition for Support and/or Allocation of Custodial Responsibility filed in this action on or before the 12th day of DECEMBER 2024. If you fail to do so, thereafter judgement, upon proper hearing and trial, may be taken against you for relief demanded in petition.
