Please take notice that on the 29th day of May, 2019, at 11:30 o’clock A.M., the Petitioner, David Y. Tangamo, shall bring for hearing before the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, City-County Building 5th Floor, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Petition for the Change of Name of Josephine Marie Medley to Josephine Marie Tangamo.
Any person who is likely to be injured by the change of name or knows of any reason why the petition should not be granted may appear at the time and place named in this notice to be heard in opposition to the peition.
It is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that this notice to be published as a Class I legal advertisement in the local newspaper of general circulation in Ohio County, West Virginia in accordance with W.Va Code Section 48-25-101(b).
Further notice is given that the hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
