LEGAL NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Village of Bethlehem, Ohio County, West Virginia will be seeking sealed bids for a slip repair project known as “Bethlehem Community Park Slip Repair”. It is located in the Village of Bethlehem, West Virginia. This project consists of the installation of a soldier pile retaining wall with plug piles along an existing slope that accesses the Village’s sanitary sewer line where slope failure has occurred. Please send sealed bids marked as “Sealed Bid – Bethlehem Community Park Slip Repair” to Mayor Matthew Saseen, at the following address: “Village of Bethlehem, 125 Bethlehem Community Park, Wheeling, WV 26003”. Bids will be accepted until 3:00 P.M. (local time) on December 12, 2024. Bids will be opened at 3:00 P.M. (local time) on December 12, 2024 at the Village of Bethlehem Office in Wheeling, West Virginia. Bidding documents as prepared by Verdantas LLC may be viewed electronically online.
