The proposed rule change adds “Initial License Fees Exemption for Low – Income, Military & Spouses, Veterans & Spouses as required by SB396 signed into law 03/25/2019 with an effective date of 06/06/2019.” “Continuing education will be changed from mandatory submission of 2 years of continuing education to a 15{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c} random audit verification of continuing education.” Sections affected are Section 29-1-2, Section 29-1-3, Section 29-1-4, Section 29-1-5, Section 29-1-6, Section 29-1-7, Section 29-1-8, Section 29-1-10, Section 29-1-13.
