AT&T Mobility, LLC is proposing to construct a new telecommunications tower facility located at National Road (+/-760 feet east of the National Rd & Altenheim Ave intersection), Wheeling, Ohio County, WV 26003. The new facility will consist of a 95-foot monopole telecommunications tower.
