Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G70-E General Permit Registration for an existing natural gas production
facility (Longworth Pad)
located on 5962 Roberts Ridge Road, in
Moundsville, in Marshall
County, West Virginia.
The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 39.84731 N, 80.72693 W.
The applicant estimates
the potential to discharge
the following Regulated
Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides (NOx): 40.09 tpy
Carbon Monoxide (CO): 79.96 tpy
Volatile Organic
Compounds (VOC): 45.59 tpy
Sulfur Dioxide (SO2): 0.09 tpy
Particulate Matter (PM10): 2.55 tpy
Particulate Matter (PM2.5): 1.63 tpy
Carbon Dioxide Equivalent (CO2e): 23,843 tpy
Total Hazardous Air
Pollutants (HAPs): 7.74 tpy

Virginia Department of
Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57 th Street, SE,
Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of
publication of this notice. Written comments will
also be received via email at
