The object of the above entitled action is for divorce to legally change his/her name to Julia Ann Clifton. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Marshall County, West Virginia, at the Marshall county Courthouse, 600 Seventh St., Moundsville, WV, for the entry of an Order by said Court at a hearing on the 6th day of January, 2025 at 9:45 o’clock a.m. or as soon thereafter as may be heard. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of the above metnioned petition can be obtained from the office of the Circuit Clerk.
