TO Michael Lytle, the putative biological father, and any possible Unknown Father of M.L. (DOB 05/31/2012). Be advised that amatter is pending in the Circuit Court of Taylor County, West Virginia as case number 24-JA-39 nvolving your parental rights, if any. You must appear at a hearing scheduled for February 3, 2025 at 9:30am at the Taylor County Circuit Court, at 214 W. Main St, Grafton, WV 26354 and/ordefend any such rights by serving a response upon the Taylor County Circuit Clerk or the Taylor County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, John Bord, whose address is 222 W. Main Street, Grafton,WV 26354. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you, your parental rights may be forever terminated, and you may thereafter be barred from asserting any future claims for parental rights.
