ORDER OF PUBLICATION
IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-98 MARK STUCKEY JR., biological father of the infant M.R.L., whose date of birth is September 4, 2024, natural child of Amber Lancaster.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that MARK STUCKEY, JR. has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of M.R.L., whose date of birth is September 4, 2024. It is ORDERED that MARK STUCKEY, JR.., appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 9th day of January, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing, if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise MARK STUCKEY JR., biological father of the infant M.R.L., whose date of birth is September 4, 2024, may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
