The above-entitled civil action has been filed against Boyd Holdings 21 LLC and Rhonda Lorraine Starr in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia to recover damages stemming from an automobile accident that occurred on April 12, 2022. Plaintiff has used due diligence to ascertain the residence or whereabouts of Defendants Boyd Holdings 21 LLC and Rhonda Lorraine Starr without effect. Thereafter, an Order Granting Service via Publication pursuant to W.Va. Code Section 56-2-2 was issued on December 17, 2024 by the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz.
It is hereby ordered that the Defendant Boyd Holdings 21 LLC and Defendant Rhonda Lorraine Starr is required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney, Paul J. Harris, Esq., whose address is 32 Fifteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 an Answer or other defense within 30 days to the Complaint filed in this action on March 15, 2023. If you do not respond to this Complaint, a Judgment by Default can be rendered against you at any time thereafter. A copy of said Complaint can be obtained from the undersigned clerk.
