TO: CORRINTHIAN STRINGER, biological father of B.D., whose date of birth is February 21, 2024.
ORDER OF PUBLICATION
IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-19 KIANA DALTON, biological mother of infant B.D., whose date of birth is February 21, 2024, CORRINTHIAN STRINGER, biological father of B.D., whose date of birth is February 21, 2024, natural child of Kiana Dalton.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that CORRINTHIAN STRINGER has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of B.D., whose date of birth is February 21, 2024. It is ORDERED that CORRINTHIAN STRINGER appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Jason A. Cuomo, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Second Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 13th day of January, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. for an Adjudication and Disposition Hearing, if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise CORRINTHIAN STRINGER, biological father of B.D., whose date of birth is February 21, 2024., may be adjudicated an abusive and neglectful parent and his parental rights may be terminated.
