TO: JOHN C BRODERSON, CITY OF WHEELING, OFFICE OF THE CITY MANAGER, JOHN C BRODERSON – REGULAR MAIL, CITY OF WHEELING, OFFICE OF THE CITY MANAGER – REGULAR MAIL, JOHN C BRODERSON – PERSONAL SERVICE, or heirs at law, devisees, creditors, representatives, successors, assigns, all known heirs, guardians, conservators, fiduciaries, administrators, lienholders, co-owners, other parties having an undivided interest in the delinquent property, and other parties that may have any interest in the subject property.
You will take notice that Moxie, Inc., the purchaser of the following real estate, Certificate No. 354826, located in WHEELING CITY CORP District, Shrivers 20 FT 25 (County Split) which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of Broderson John C (class 4), and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Ohio County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 03/02/2019. Moxie Inc. requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 07/08/2019, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
