You will take notice that MKV Rentals LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 350749, located in TRIADELPHIA District, Cedar Rocks 184 which was returned delinquent or non-entered in the name of Scheck, Laben, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of Ohio County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 03/02/2019.
