ORDER APPOINTING RECEIVER
TO: DEFENDANT, ALL LIEN HOLDERS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES
TAKE NOTICE that by Order of Court dated December 18, 2024, the Circuit Court Of Monongalia County, West Virginia, Appointed Martin J. Perry as Court-Appointed Receiver of the following described Receivership Property Pursuant to W. Va. Code ยง 55-21-3(b), of which Westridge Corporate Park Development, LLC, is the owner or reputed owner:
Receivership Property:
That certain fee simple interest, leasehold interest, and subleasehold interest in the building and certain real property underlying the building and contiguous to such real property within Westridge Office Park in Morgantown, West Virginia, more particularly described in that certain plat of survey dated February 2019 prepared by Michael R. Hyman P.S. No. 983 of the Thrasher Group, Inc., titled Plat of Survey for West Ridge, Inc., showing proposed SUBDIVISION OF PAD 3B on parcels Tax Map 6, Parcels 12 & 75 and Map 3, Parcels 13, 31 & 33 of record in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Monongalia County, West Virginia in Map
Cabinet 6, Envelope 72B.
All Claims against Receivership Property must be filed with Receiver, Martin J. Perry, no later than May 2, 2025. Submissions can be sent to Mr. Perry at 210 Sixth Ave, Suite 600 Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
