Request for Qualifications for Professional Services
Morgantown Utility Board requests qualification submittals for professional services to be utilized for the design of our Laurel Point #1 Tank Replacement project in Morgantown, West Virginia .
Prospective Consultants must register with Morgantown Utility Board by submitting a written Expression of Interest (EOI), which must be received by Morgantown Utility Board no later than 3:30 p.m. January 31, 2025. Morgantown Utility Board will issue a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document to all prospective Consultants who submit an EOI expressing their wish to be considered. The required procedure includes submission of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), which must be received by Morgantown Utility Board no later than 3:30 p.m. February 14, 2025. Early submission of the EOI is strongly encouraged. The EOI may be sent as an email to the contact person below.

Based upon the review of the SOQ of each respondent, firms may be invited for interviews with the selection committee. Said interviews shall be by invitation only.
The evaluation of respondents and the selection of any Consultant so chosen will be conducted on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualification for the described professional services, in accordance with West Virginia Code Chapter 5G.
