The Marshall County Commission is accepting sealed bids for one (1) brand new (2015 preferred) 4×4, Mobile Emergency Command Communications vehicle for its’ Emergency Management agency. Sealed bids shall include: Engineering blueprints, computer aided drawings of the specified until with full electrical drawings. Blueprints should include:
1. Interior floor plan (overhead).
2. Right hand section view interior.
3. Left hand section view interior; and
4. Front and rear exterior
References required for six (6) similar vehicles built within the past 12 months & delivered including client name, phone number and email address.
The Office of the Marshall County Clerk will receive bids until Tuesday, April 14th, 2015 at 8:45am. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud before the Marshall County Commission at 9:30am on Tuesday, April 14th, 2015.
The bid specifications may be ontained at the Office of the Marshall County Clerk, located on the first floor of the Marshall County Courthouse, 600 7th Street, Moundsville, West Virginia, 26041 or by calling the Emergency Management office at 304-843-1130.
Bids are to be sealed, mailed or delivered and plainly marked on the outside of the envelope:
