PUBLICATION
The object of the above- entitled cause is to obtain court approval of a Compromise of a Claim for Death by Wrongful Act Pursuant to W.Va. Code Section 55-7-7.
And it appearing by an affidavit filed in this action that Michael S. Anthony, as Administrator of the Estate of Marian Anthony, has filed a Petition to Compromise Claim for Death by Wrongful Act Pursuant to W.Va. Code Section 55-7-7 in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, requesting the Honorable Court approve the compromise of Petitioner’s wrongful death claim pursuant to W.Va. Code Section 55-7-7; and that the hearing to approve the proposed compromise of Petitioner’s wrongful death claim will be made in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, on the 13th day of June, 2019; and that Hailey Anthony, as daughter and descendant of Ernest Jerry Anthony, is a potential distributee of the Claim for Death by Wrongful Act Pursuant to W.Va. Code Section 55-7-7 filed in this civil-action. It is, therefore, accordingly
ORDERED that Hailey Anthony, as daughter and descendant of Ernest Jerry Anthony, and potential distributee of the Claim for Death by Wrongful Act Pursuant to W.Va. Code Sectiuon 55-7-7 filed in this civil-action, may appear in the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, 1500 Chapline Street, Wheeling, WV 26003 on the 13th day of June, 2019, at 9:30 o’clock a.m., or within thirty (30) days from the date of first publication of this Order, whichever date is later, to protect any interest she may have in this civil-action and she shall be heard. Said hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication. A copy of said Petition can be obtained from the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia.
