The object of the above entitled action is for Zola A. Banks to legally change his/her name to A’Zola Lynn Hall. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio county, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Zola Abigail Banks to A’Zola Lynn Hall.
A hearing shall be on the 13th day of February, 2025 at 9:00AM o’clock before the Honorable Judge Cuomo at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further notice or publication.
