It is herely ordered that Terry Dunlap serve upon Holli Massey Smith, Petitioner’s Attorney, whose address is 78 Fourteenth Street, Wheeling, WV 26003, an Answer, including any related counterclaim or defense you may have to the Petition For Divorce filed in this action on or before February 20, 2025. If you fail to Answer the Petition for Divorce, a judgement may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Petition.
