The Northern Panhandle Workforce Development Board, Inc. (NPWDB, Inc.) is soliciting bids from an outside 3rd party agency/organization to oversee an open, competitive procurement process in our search for a One Stop Operator(s) who will be tasked to manage and oversee operations of its three (3) American Jobs Centers (ie: One Stop Centers) in the Northern Panhandle region. The Northern Panhandle region includes Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, Wetzel and Tyler counties and the cities of Wheeling and Weirton. These services are one hundred percent (100%) funded with federal Workforce Innovation & Opportunity (WIOA) funds. No non-governmental sources/funding will be accessed. WIOA funds are provided by the U.S. Department of Labor. The RFP does not necessarily reflect the view or policies of the U.S. Department of Labor nor does trade names, commercial products or organizations imply endorsement by the US Government. The NPWDB, Inc. will not pay any costs associated with the preparation of the bid. The NPWDB, Inc. will not be responsible for funding a bid in whole or part. The NPWDB, Inc. reserves the right to negotiate terms of all or part of a bid approved for funding. All bids are due to the NPWDB, Inc., 1245 Warwood Avenue, Wheeling, WV 26003 no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, February 7, 2025. Only completed bid will be accepted for review by the NPWDB, Inc. If a potential bidder would like to request a copy of the bid packet they can contact the NPWDB, Inc. at (304) 231-1170 or pick up a bid packet at the NPWDB, Inc. office, 1245 Warwood Avenue, Wheeling, between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from Monday – Friday.
