PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR NATURAL GAS HORIZONTAL WELL DRILLING PERMIT, pursuant to West Virginia Code Section 22-6A-10(e).
HG Energy II Appalachia, LLC, 5260 Dupont Road, Parkersburg, WV 26101, is applying for a permit for a natural gas horizontal well, Nutter 1208 S-10H, located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 549835..9, UTM NAD 83 Northing 4333939.6 in Middle West Fork Creek Watershed, West Milford, WV 7.5′ Quadrangle, Grant District, Harrison County, WV which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilities and uses more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty day period.

sending a letter to Permit Review, Office of Oil and Gas, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, or calling 304-926-0450. Emailed or written comments must reference the county, well number and operator and must be received within 30 days of the date of the last publication (expected to be June 7, 2019). Copies of the proposed permit application may be reviewed at the WV Department of Environmental Protection headquarters, located at 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, (304-926-0450). Full copies or scans of the proposed permit application will cost $15.00, whether mailed or obtained at DEP headquarters.
