Wynkoop Street, Denver, CO 80202, is applying for a permit for a natural gas horizontal well, Grey Unit 2H , located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 506056.54m, UTM NAD 83 Northing 4379796.64m in Outlet Middle Island Creek Watershed, Paden City Quadrangle, Lincoln District, Tyler County, WV which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty day period. Any interested person may submit written comments or request a copy of the proposed permit application. Regardless of format for comment submissions, they must be
