Antero Resources Corporation, 1615 Wynkoop Street, Denver, CO 80202, is applying for a permit for a natural gas horizontal well, Izabela Unit 2H ,
located at approximately UTM NAD 83 Easting 506049.38m, UTM NAD 83 Northing 4379790.95m in Outlet Middle Island Creek Watershed, Paden City Quadrangle, Lincoln District, Tyler County, WV which disturbs three acres or more of surface excluding pipelines, gathering lines and roads or utilizes more than two hundred ten thousand gallons of water in any thirty day period.
