31/10000 MIN 7 AC MUDDY CR CIVIL ACTION
15-C-60 TA which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of CRAWFORD KENNETH E, and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of TYLER County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on July 23, 2024. JAY-BEE ROYALTY, LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after July 1, 2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
