INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Wheeling Housing Authority is accepting sealed bids for Lawn Maintenance beginning April 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025. The service would include weekly cutting, weed eating and disposing of clippings for eight properties. The bid should include the cost of services per site, evidence of liability insurance and workers compensation. Bids will be received until 1:30 p.m., March 14, 2025 and publicly opened by the Wheeling Housing Authority in the office located at 11 Community Street, Wheeling, West Virginia, at 1:30 p.m., on Friday, March 14, 2025.
Before any bids are submitted, the bidder is urged to be familiar with the detailed specifications relating to this job. The specifications are outlined in the scope of work available in the Main Office of the Wheeling Housing Authority, as listed above. Please mark “Lawn Maintenance Bid” on the outside of the envelope containing your bid. The Wheeling Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
