IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 19-CJA-73 ROBERTA SHEETS, biological mother and custodian of infant A.S., whose date of birth is March 6, 2010 and TOBIAS KAMITO, biological father of infant A.S., whose date of birth is March 6, 2010. Natural child of ROBERTA SHEETS.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of ROBERTA SHEETS, biological mother and custodian of infant A.S., whose date of birth is March 6, 2010.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that ROBERTA SHEETS has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant A.S., whose date of birth is March 6, 2010. It is ORDERED that ROBERTA SHEETS is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and she is further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 16th day of July, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. for a Preliminary and Adjudication Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of ROBERTA SHEETS, biological mother and custodian of infant A.S., whose date of birth is March 6, 2010, may be terminated.
