Please take notice that on the 27th day of June, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. in City Council Chambers, Room 103, City-County Building, Wheeling, WV, the Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to consider the application of Elsa Campiti, 109-113 South Front St. Variance from section 1339.04.b: to allow an accessory building to be located on a lot without a principal use. Purpose of request: Construct 24×24 garage/garden shed.
The property is described as follows:
Lots 9, 10, 11, & 12 on the C.L. Zane plat of the City of Wheeling in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office.
More commonly known as 109-113 South Front St.
