The object of the above entitled action is for Kelly Lynn Dlesk to change her name to Kelly Lynn Herr. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply by petition to the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, for the entering of an Order by said Court for changing the name of Kelly Lynn Dlesk to Kelly Lynn Herr. A hearing shall be on the 24th day of March 2024 at 1:15 p.m. before the Honorable Judge Michael Olejasz at the Ohio County Courthouse. Anyone interested may appear to protect their interest. The hearing may be rescheduled without further noticed or publication.
