You will take notice that JJK Properties, LLC, the purchaser of the following real estate, Certification No. 356319, located in WHEELING CITY CORP District, JACOBS 20FT L 128 OUT OF L 10 which was returned delinquent or nonentered in the name of HANS THOMAS & FRANKIE (2020) SING NANCY E (2021), and was sold by the deputy commissioner of delinquent and nonentered lands of OHIO County at the sale for the delinquent taxes on 10/02/2024. JJK Properties, LLC requests that you be notified a deed for such real estate will be made on or after 07/14/2025, as provided by law, unless before that day you redeem such real estate.
