Sealed bids will be accepted by The Ohio County Commission for two (2) Monitor/Defibri- llator/Pacemakers and one (1) automatic CPR machine.

Bids will be received until 3:00 pm, on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the Ohio County Commission Office Room 215, City County Building, 1500 Chapline St., Wheeling, WV 26003 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Please mark your sealed envelope “Ohio County Cardiac Monitor System Bid”.
The monitors must be delivered within 90 days of order.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity, in any or all guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
