NOTICE
Sealed bids will be accepted by The Ohio County Commission for two (2) Electro-Hydraulic Rescue System. Each system shall contain: one (1) Spreader with a spreading distance of 26″ using a force of 145 lbs. Its length must be 40″ or less. One cutter with a 7″ jaw opening and less than 40″ in length. One (1) Ram with a 52 maximum length and 28,000 psi pushing force. Each tool shall contain two (2) batteries and one (1) charger. Also included in the system shall be a chain package and an 110V AC adapter. Also included in each system shall be a Haligan tool, a 24″ bolt cutter, a 36″ pry bar, a Glass Master Window Saw and spare blade, Mounting equipment for all tools, and two (2) Power Hawk Auto Crib-it AC-14 and two (2) AC-17.

All equipment must be delivered within 90 days of order.
Bids will be received until 3:00 pm, on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at the Ohio County Commission Office Room 215, City County Building, 1500 Chapline St., Wheeling, WV 26003 at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Please mark your sealed envelope “Ohio County Rescue System Bid”.
The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity, in any or all guaranty, to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the apparent qualified low bidder to such extent as may be necessary.
No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after closing time.
