ORDER OF PUBLICATION
IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-58 JOYCE STEWART, biological mother of infant J.A.W., whose date of birth is June 9, 2024, natural child of Joyce Stewart. The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that JOYCE STEWART has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of J.A.W., whose date of birth is June 9, 2024. It is ORDERED that JOYCE STEWART is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 18th day of March, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. for an Disposition Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of JOYCE STEWART, biological mother of infant J.A.W., whose date of birth is June 9, 2024, may be terminated.
