IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 24-JA-125 KEYA LANGMYER, biological mother of infant B.L., whose date of birth is July 27, 2016 and MICHAEL STRADWICK, putative father of infant B.L., whose date of birth is July 27, 2016, natural child of Keya Langmyer. .
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that MICHAEL STRADWICK has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infant B.L., whose date of birth is July 27, 2016. MICHAEL STRADWICK is ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable David J. Sims, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 19th day of March, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. for an Disposition Hearing if he so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise the parental rights of MICHAEL STRADWICK, biological father of infant B.L., whose date of birth is July 27, 2016 may be terminated.
