West Liberty University seeks qualified vendors to submit bids to furnish all supervision, labor, and materials for the construction of their new softball facility.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 AM Wednesday April 23, 2025

Technical questions regarding this RFB and its specifications are due by 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, and are to be submitted in writing. Any questions concerning the RFP process or request for bid documents should be directed to the Director of Purchasing, Patrick Kelly at 304-336-8510, and will be accepted by email to [email protected] and fax 304-336-8312. Vendors are not permitted to contact other University personnel.
Participating contractors must be licensed by the state of West Virginia and able to provide Criminal Background Checks for all employees working on or around the property.
Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality, infirmity, omission, defect, irregularity and/or disqualifying error in any bid.
