IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 25-JA-4 HEATHER BACIAK, biological mother of infant M.M, whose date of birth is November 29, 2008, and MICHAEL MARINO, biological father of infant M.M., whose date of birth is November 29, 2008, natural child of Heather Baciak.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that HEATHER BACIAK has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of M.M., whose date of birth is November 29, 2008. It is ORDERED that HEATHER BACIAK is to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 31st day of March, 2025 at 1:30 p.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if she so desires to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise HEATHER BACIAK, biological mother of infant M.M., whose date of birth is November 29, 2008, may be adjudicated as an abusive and neglectful parent.
