IN THE MATTER OF OHIO COUNTY CASE # 19-CJA-54 BRANDY CECIL, biological mother of infant B.R.B., whose date of birth is March 29, 2019 and M.H., whose date of birth is May 9, 2006 and JONATHAN BEATTY, biological father of infant B.R.B., whose date of birth is March 29, 2019. Natural child of BRANDY CECIL.
The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources has filed a Petition that may result in the termination of parental rights of BRANDY CECIL, biological mother of infant B.R.B, whose date of birth is March 29, 2019 and M.H., whose date of birth is May 9, 2006.
The Petitioner has filed a Petition alleging that BRANDY CECIL has abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of infants B.R.B., whose date of birth is March 29, 2019 and M.H., whose date of birth is May 9, 2006. It is ORDERED that BRANDY CECIL is notified that she may obtain a copy of the Petition from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia and they are further ORDERED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, West Virginia on the 5th day of August, 2019 at 11:00 am. for a Disposition Hearing if she do desires to object or make other defense to the Petition; otherwise, parental rights of BRANDY CECIL, biological mother of infant B.R.B, whose date of birth is March 29, 2019 and M.H., whose date of birth is May 9, 2006, may be terminated.
