REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Ohio County Commission will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors, manufacturers, or plumbers for the following:
Contract # 25-005: Ohio County Magistrate Building
The Ohio County Magistrate Building is seeking a new toilet and lavatory. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 pm Friday, April 11, 2025, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids must be delivered to Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 102, Wheeling, WV 26003 prior to the date and time designated for bid opening, or authorized extension thereof. Bids received after the date and time designated for bid opening, or authorized extension thereof, will not be opened nor considered. Interested parties must contact Project Coordinator Melissa Marco at (304) 234-3628 or via email at mmarco@ohiocountywv .gov to obtain a copy of the project specifications and bid criteria. The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids at its sole discretion, and to negotiate terms with the lowest qualified responsible bidder.
