REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Ohio County Commission will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors, manufacturers, or fabricators for the following:
Contract # 25-004: Ohio County Magistrate Building
This project may include removal of existing flooring, preparation, and installation up to (+) (-) 2,200 square feet of carpet tile and (+) (-) 1,475 square feet laminate vinyl tile flooring. (Chosen contractor will have to verify measurements.) Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 pm Friday, April 11, 2025, at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids must be delivered to Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 102, Wheeling, WV 26003 prior to the date and time designated for bid opening, or authorized extension thereof. Bids received after the date and time designated for bid opening, or authorized extension thereof, will not be opened nor considered. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount must be included with all bids. The successful bidder will be required to provide a sufficient performance and payment bond upon contract award. The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids at its sole discretion, and to negotiate terms with the lowest qualified responsible bidder.
