The Petitioner, the West Virginia Department of Human Services, has filed a petition alleging that DOROTHY MARSHALL and DAWN FOSTER have abused and neglected, abandoned, or failed to provide for the care, custody and control of P.M.,, whose date of birth is May 22, 2009. It is ORDERED that DOROTHY MARSHALL and DAWN FOSTER are to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Michael J. Olejasz, Judge of the Circuit Court of Ohio County, West Virginia, Fifth Floor, Ohio County Courthouse, Wheeling, WV on the 15th day of April, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. for an Adjudication Hearing if they so desire to object or make other defenses to the Petition; otherwise DOROTHY MARSHALL, biological mother of infant P.M., whose date of birth is May 22, 2009; and DAWN FOSTER, occasional custodian of infant P.M., whose date of birth is May 22, 2009, may be adjudicated as an abusive and neglectful parent/custodian.
