NOTICE
The Hocking County Commissioners are seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced construction managers at risk for the renovation of the Hocking Correctional facility for the Appalachian Recovery Project. Construction professionals are invited to submit their qualifications. Submissions should address the firm(s) experience with the construction and management of construction of public buildings in general and with correctional facilities specifically. Submissions should identify key personnel, including the lead Project Manager, Project Administrator, Technical staff, and Construction Administrator and his/her experience with municipal work and correctional facilities.
Interested firms or teams are invited to submit five (5) copies of their Statement of Qualifications to Rose Marshall, Clerk of Commissioners, Hocking County Commissioners, 1 East Main Street, Logan, Ohio 43138 and one (1) electronic copy at
