Marshall County Commission Architectural/ Engineering Services for Marshall County Elections/Storage Building. The Marshall County Commission is seeking to retain the service of an Architectural Team experienced in preliminary and final design of governmental offices, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, preparation of bidding and construction documents and construction administration for the project mentioned above. The County Commission reserves the right to issue a Notice to Proceed for the project. The County Commission reserves the right to begin the selection process again at any step of the project.
