REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Ohio County Commission will receive sealed bids from qualified vendors, suppliers, or manufacturers for the following:
Contract #25-003 Ohio County Correctional Facility Dishwasher The Ohio County Correctional Facility seeks one (1) new and unused electric commercial dishwasher. Removal of the old equipment and installation must be a part of the bid process. Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025, at which time all bids will be read aloud. Bids must be delivered to the Ohio County Commission, 1500 Chapline Street, Suite 102, Wheeling, WV 26003 prior to the date and time designated for bid opening or authorized extension thereof. Bids received after the date and time designated, or authorized extension thereof, will not be opened or considered. Interested parties must contact Project Coordinator Melissa Marco at (304) 234-3628 or via email at mmarco@ ohiocountywv.gov to obtain a copy of the project specifications and bid criteria. The Ohio County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids at its sole discretion, and to negotiate terms with the lowest qualified responsible bidder.
