Please take notice that on the 12th day of August 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, City County Building, Wheeling, West Virginia, the Planning Commission will be conducting a public hearing to review a minor subdivision request of property described as: Lot 2 and Residue Area 3 as depicted on the Woodsdale Hilltop Plaza plat recorded in Plat Book 5 Page 43 in the Ohio County Clerk’s Office. The 7.35-acre property is located at the end of Anthoni Avenue. The application is being made by Bedway Group Inc.
